The Little Breeches program is your child's introduction to horseback riding as well as the world of horses. We also offer monthly and summer camps for our Little Breeches riders.
The riders will be exposed to caring for their horses through grooming, tacking, and riding as well as stabling and horse care. The instruction will be at a basic level appropriate for the rider's age. We will be incorporating fun and games into the lessons to encourage a positive learning experience. Riders will learn proper positioning in the saddle and control of the horse while developing their balance and their confidence.
Upon graduation from the Little Breeches program, riders will enter into the regular lesson program at Hunters Runs Stables.
